Women
The Minnesota Freeze women are part of the USAFL division one seed and have had consistent performances at the annual USAFL National Tournament that is a testimony to the hard work our women do on the field and as a team.
The women pride themselves with their core values of fun, community, and commitment and seek to showcase those values in their practices and games.
During the season the women practice on Monday evenings from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Nokomis Park on Cedar Ave in Minneapolis. The team splits up to play in metro Footy games against each other as they prepare to face other USAFL teams in their USAFL sanctioned matches throughout the season.
Saturday mornings the women join the men at Lake Nokomis for joint warm-ups and club bonding. They practice skills and do drills to enhance Footy skills for game time.
Join the women for a great team experience and check out what makes Aussie Rules the best sport to play.
